I saw few different methods on the forum which did not work for me, but not this one, Im sorry if this is a repost.
This tool worked for me on multiple devices and I had no issues with the automatic tool, but Im sure manual method will also work if you are interested in it.
Props to the creators, Im just sharing it since I didnt see it shared before.
Just start the tool, on top right choose KMS38, then Rearm, its pretty simple to use.
