so if i have a hash like this

forfuckssake435:6f001be0756c99a43161c986c45468f0:gaynou

in the format

user:hashedemail:password

how can i insert it into hashcat?

ik for user:hash and email:hash you use --username, but what if its like this?

You don't really need the user part, do you? You can just remove the user column and move the password column to the left.

How big is the file? You can just play with custom seperators, ex move password column to the left and replace the separator between usernames and passwords with | instead of :

you cant really crack emails with wordlist, you can only brute them what is pointless tbh. Just remove midle part in notepad++ by replacing :.*: with : and that is it

you can if you make an email list
