HOW TO MAKE A GIF SIGNATURE?

Yeah I know, i am very noob in this part...

 

I would like to have a gif signature (it´s like a video) for promote my shop, with my private combos and all of this things...

 

I am sure that some of you saw any time this promotional signatures.... And well i want to learn how to make this things... But i don´t know

 

Someone can explain me how i can make this or leave me a tutorial link?
