My HP monitor got successfully dispatched, but courier will leave my monitor, but it will also take "defective one" back with him. Any methods how to dodge that?

Prop gonna give him box from my last monitor packed with grey paper but need to dodge that anyway.

Either do not answer the door, and leave a box with a brick in it.
Than leave a note "Out for work, please leave package here and take the box"

You can always put your signature on the paper. Its a 50/50 if they know that it was received via a person being there.
They know your address.

Boxing with his real address is risky because they might still bill him. Empty and brick box have both same % of working.
