Additional Information: Alright, i'll just start of by saying that me issuing refund at this point wasn't really authentic, he had every permission to decline my refund. But, the fact that he agreed to make one and didn't complete his word is what this makes a scam. (Btw, i said his "METHOD" was good just to get a refund 
. the "THING" he provided, wasn't really a method)
