Doesnt work that way, if your story isnt good, they will ask to send it back,and you need to say that is a 1+ year old product, I have been asked many times with those products to send it back.

@cykoblyato what country you in the US its pretty easy and in must of the cases its just like that. All the products I say that worked are products I have SE'D for myself and people. Also it is from other people to so I think it maybe something to do with your country.

Not sure about the list, I think it depends by country. This other guy just posted today he did the g900(most expensive mouse line). with no return demand and he was in uk,.

 

Maybe it was just his excuse was good>?

Brazil, I have been doing more than 10+ devices monthly, and 10% they ask to ship it back, g920 included.
