Depending on the size of the hash list, try Hashcat (From what I've heard, I've never used it myself)
I'd say look up a guide on here / google.

Hashing is a one-way password storage method. You can only crack the hash.
If they're MD5s you can try some online websites.

what is md5s, this is what i get
Looks like those are SHA1 hashes.
