Don't get me wrong. He did one order before this one and it was a success. However he kept dragging this on and kept accepting new orders here. I guess I am not the only one that was left without fulfillment. However, it is just rude to stop answering to the discord even if his discord "isn't working" I really cba to check his thread every few seconds. There are other ways to deal with this situation. On top of that I've done those SEs myself in the end. Already wrote to him, as soon as I have my TXID, I'll let @Lucas know and he can close the report.

i kinda predicted this was gunna happen man, hopefully you can contact me on my discord if you get banned to resolve this, but next time man you need a system to avoid problems, the backlog of customers you have there is always gunna be people on edge when you cant respond or fullfill orders fast enough

pretty sure he's trying to refund the amount they paid in USD not btc, so lets say for example 0.1btc = 60$, 1 btc = 600$, then btc went down and became 300$, instead of just refunding the 0.1 btc (which is now 30$) he wanted to refund 60$ which is now 0.2btc.
