So I ordered an iphone and they just left it at my door (no signature and driver didnt sign off). Is it better to do empty box or never got it? I've read around that the did not arrive method leads to a bigger investigation. Thanks.

I believe Apple will for sure refund with never arrived for the first purchase. Any other purchase on that address they won't refund unless there is real evidence it got lost.

Say it never arrived. You can actually even have a police report filed if they don't budge.
Simply because they can't prove it was left at the door and that it wasn't stolen from being delivered in such a dumb spot.
