The fact that you assumed it was proxyless without a single clarification from him, other than your assumption, makes me think you were just hoping to hit jackpot and otherwise make a huge drama about it. Not every site can be done proxyless and not every checker can have capture. You assuming it works that way does not mean it will work that way. As I said, you can either take what he's offering as a means to reach a middle ground between a full refund and nothing at all.

He gave you a checker that doesn't have features you assumed it would have, the checker works with proxies, if it didn't then you could ask him for a fix, but as it does, it works as intended and you only assumed more features because you thought they were possible. Not once before giving it to you did he claim it was proxyless and not once before he gave it to you did you ask about it.
