Hey, I know I don't have the rep.  But that isn't very important as long as I have experienced enough to know what I am doing with PP and my accounts.  And maybe your interests, heheheehheh

 

but first of all, you are way overpaying....second of all, I have four US bank accounts, two savings and a slew of cards.   Those are all legitimately mine. 

 

I just hate Paypal so I don't even care about verification on your end, I wouldn't get in trouble anyway, adding my account and withdrawing funds as someone's trick on me would not be a crime.....not sure how that became an issue anyway

 

l would do it for you for much less as long as you keep my info to yourself and also....IIRC, once the bank account is added, you can do whatever with the money....they ask for bank and then usually still won't release and want a debit or credit card....then you can put on your own account or any because that should unlock it for verification purposes. or also, I don't even need to withdraw the money, I can just wire it to you or whatever through several wire services or send BTC, etc from the PP account....I mean, if you want me to draw it, I can do it that way also.  Up to you.

get someone to photoshop for you fake american ID, and get Payoneer mastercards for like 50 dollars and you're done

you'll get two cards, one euro and one usd
