Yeah it is possible, but I did it in a different way. I've already made a ticket and they responded to it, but then I used a little trick via phone call and after a couple of hours got an automated message from them saying that my replacement is on the way.

Yes, calling Logitech is the fastest and easiest way.
To get told to go through with email? i am confused please share your experience if it differs.
