So after 2/3 weeks, I PMed him again, he asked again for email+ pass, but I can't see any result. I have received 0 email from Amazon.
Amount scammed: I have done 1 order in Amazon.it of €650, he just didn't do anything. I have waited 1 month, now I can't even resend the item thanks to Dean.

You owe me money for a refund you give to someone else that I started. And I have never been paid for this order. Normally it might be a good idea to message someone before a scam report. I haven't received a message from you in a few days.

You never asked for a payment, in fact you said it was started and barely responded, makes no sense that you say he had to pay when you didn't ask for payment.

Pay him for the refund and he will complete it.
