I think playing video games is bad if it takes you out of reality too much time. For 1 or 2 hours is fine, but too much time blurs the line between reality and fiction. It prevents you of thinking about your problems and actually solving them and it immerse in a fake world where you are the "hero".

I disagree, videogames actually helps your reflexes and other things. Therefore I do not think videogames is bad. Tho it might be bad if you spend hours and hours just playing games everyday.
