UPDATE: This method works more or less(use it as a loose guide) I got hit with a "provide picture proof" from support, but with some dope Photoshop skills you guys can get past that. Now I have a new Fitbit on the way. Thanks bro your method helped me a lot for my first se ever!

I was successful at the SE, but saddly they dont ship the replacement to Brazil But here is how I did it.
