Well, you really should stop insisting in new staff if they feel they don't need and can do the job.

1 per 10 people usually fits this (moderator of 1.5mln board) job while being trials, usually in the first impression, they are the perfect candidate and then comes reality and they just can't handle responsibility which results in stupid mistakes. (bans innocent, warning without reason, and 345345 other examples). The only reason why nulled had no problems with staff and mods, in general, was a luck, and probably like now - awareness. 

 

The example is Taken - nice guy, was a great pick in theory, but somehow as a moderator fucked up, and it 1 of "345345 problems" I wrote above.
