dude really, that was not the address I made the payment with. You probably just edited it out with 'inspect element' upload a video where you refresh the page . You can keep your 5$ if you want as long as you get banned

When or where did he tell you to refund to that address?

he wanted me to refund him, i refunded to the address that he was purchasing 
if he wanted me to refund to another address, he should specify it?

2) I asked you via pm if you were going to refund me so I could have been sure you would have sent the money on the right address AND you did not answer me.

I did not get the refund the address you sent the money to is not mine and you refused to agree with me BEFORE you sent the refund to that address.
I will not close this case till you either send the money to my real address or even better you get banned as someone that sketchy should not be able to trade on this forum.
