Bought 100k USA + EU combos from him. I asked before purchasing what the private rate would be, he told me around 90% private. So fine, I buy 100k for 20dollars. The private rate is about 40% and the combos are overall not good.

This guy bought 100k usa + europe antipublic combo. Thats what I said I was selling and thats what he got. After a couple of minutes he messages me saying how its public and threatens to open a scam report. He didnt even check the combo on any service he just bought it so he could sales trash. At least wait a couple of hours and lie how you got no hits it would be more believable then.
Here is proof that the combos are private just like I advertised

Hello i want talking with u about something what can made money for you and for me 2.

I was lucky and yesterday i was made from public combo 20 hits , and it was PUBLIC combo, but u have PRIVATE so we can have about 500 hits i think, and we can split the hits u 60% and me 40% only what i want is the combos, if u have skype we can talk about it, i think this is good idea..
Btw the checker is FULL PRIVATE it was made only for me
