I saw in somewhere thats a app called monotouch to Mac , for programming in mac but in C# not in Objective C or swift , it´s more easy to learn C# or learn swift ??

c# is by far the easiest lenguage I ever learn!

Your London is quite bad. So I advice you don't program at all.
If you still do, go for C# instead of Swift. C# is more common and it is not a big difference with C and C++.
