If the bot keep on telling you that you don't have a license, you fucked up something like your hwid or the hosts file.

If everything is done correctly but you still can make the bot work, open cmd and type ipconfig /flushdns

do you have some kind of firewall? because windows don't block 80 port on deafult and you don't even need admin priviledge to open it

Idk about moongose, it never give me any kind of problem, try to close it, change it manually, set config file to only read and start again?
