Stupid question but getting errors so think its a shit proxy, error 420 and 500 everytime

 

What proxy format does it use??? Http...HTTPS...Sock5...or Sock5

if u scraped for free then click load proxies. dont need special selection

i use Uproxy and exporet as http and https, is that a ok selection or can it be why im getting those errors?
