As far as I know, he was banned from the channel by xPolish. And yes, you are responsible for providing support for the tool you sell, no matter where they contact you. If you refuse to provide support other than in your discord channel and the user is banned from it, how else will he get in contact? 

 

 

Edit: My bad, the guy is not the one who got banned. But even so, why do I have 3 pm's on the same day complaining about your tool/ its support? Not really a nice marketing strat. If the guy is complaining because his key doesn't work you should support him. that's a must.

As far as I know, he was banned from the channel by xPolish. And yes, you are responsible for providing support for the tool you sell, no matter where they contact you. Nope, dont involve xpolish to my own problems with this guy - its true I banned him, blocked him, and im totally up to refund him and get rid of him. I dont know if he was banned from official amazonthrasher channel, if yes he could report that fact, he reported accident of ban on my server, my server is not mentioned in a sales topic. I split on this guy, and I wanted to get scam report to officialy refund his ass and have proper evidence that I dont have any common connection to his problem. 


And this kid below is another impatient customer. I have limited time to answer, we have support for customers, any of those two used that way but spammed my ass with SHITLOAD of messages. Im kind till the moment someone fuck up, kid below was already problematic, refunded him back in a days cloudthrasher 5 minutes after purchase, simply those type of people are time eaters and I react with my own ways, I have no problem with refunding them, but also im not a fucking bitch which should react each minute on someones message. No matter how harsh it sounds, its 2 accidents which got me seriously pissed off today and its exactly lower amount then 2% of people which has a lifetime offer of our stuff.
