My own personal paypal account got limited and i need someone to unlimit it, You can take 5-15% from the account (Account has 5.315 USD on it) Account is dutch .nl. Rn only email is verified.PM me when you are able to do this

paypal checks your diffrent ip's, so i suggest if you have a static ip: dont let anyone solve this for you.

 

Try to verify your mobile and or give them further information.

 

The Account is created under your real name? yes--> resolution center and fix it on your own.

no -->  do you have all the information to confirm that you are that fake person? yes--> try resolution center

You can try to fake your creditcard statement... This could lead into legal troubles
