Will it work? (Refund)

Hi guys, I have some questions about an Amazon.it (not .de, .com, .uk) refund.
 

I want to buy a Samsung Note 8 (sold and shipped by Amazon.it, like 800€) and then refund it.
My account is personal, never used another one, I have Amazon Prime since 2 years now and have ordered more than 30 things (just one in 2018 by now, but I will order soon some other little things before the Note 8). I have just one small order refunded (like 5 months ago or so, 25€, used the empty box method).
 

If I say them that everything is okay in the box but the phone is the only thing missing... will it work?
Also.. if it works, they can block that specific phone or something? Will they ask to reship 'em the rest of the box (charger, headphones)? Cause I'll use it as daily phone, not reselling.

Any other suggestion about other methods etc.? Have you ever tried to do something like this?

If you gonna advice me some professional refunders they have to speak in Italian. Why? Cause on the first refund the guy was italian and chatted with amazon in italian, it will be suspicious that in this refund "I" will chat/speak in English right? specially on a 800€ order.
