After a LONG time waiting on skype, finally got paid. Even though it was not close to the original amount, I couldn't stand waiting any longer so I just took it.
Just deal with this guy in caution and make things very clear before you send him any items. He's clearly not a scammer, but miscommunication definitely played a role in this mishap.
