Don't see how this would improve anything tbh, there's a ban list for a reason and sometimes scams are not completely intentional, for instance when a user gets their Skype hacked or if they don't have enough money to refund. There's a difference between shaming people for intentionally scamming (or exit scamming) and shaming people that ended up scamming and we don't know whether they did it purposely or not. I think giving out their information to everyone and providing it privately if anybody wants it would be cleaner as we are not here to shame people for scamming. Scams are just the result of bad choices, and not using Middleman for transactions. Instead of thinking of ways to shame potential scammers or give their information out in a more clear way, we maybe should be considering additions/modifications to the marketplace rules and the system as a whole. If people started using MM for their transactions we wouldn't need to resolve that many scam reports and therefore a wall of shame wouldn't be necessary.
On the other hand, if anybody wants to take revenge on a scammer or needs their information and doesn't want to browse the ban list, they can always ask staff members for it, and we will do our best to gather it for you. I don't think publicly shaming somebody for scamming 2$ or for not being able to repay 20$ for a lol account that was recovered is the point of the forum.
