Role changes on Nulled

Hello, everyone,

After considering many options and the feedback of the community I have decided to add Jocker to the admin role. He has restricted permissions and will only be able to edit members, do 2fa-removals and account recoveries and a like. I will still be, and always will be, the only person with access to Nulled's server and be the only developer to extend Nulled.

As well, the following changes have been done:

• Moderators group removed
• Senior Moderator has been renamed back to Moderators

I hope you all support this decision. It's the best past for us to get things done and move Nulled forward. I have limitations with my time and energy. All Help Documents will be shortly updated.
