SOLVED - Where to buy VCC with Bitcoin?(PP VERIFY PURPOSES)

Hello guys,anyone knows any site to buy a VCC to verify paypal? I tried advcash but it doesn't work atm so i'm left with no other option,someone hmu if there's any way,prefered to buy it via BTC,ty!

(I'm sorry if this isn't the right section,please staff move the thread if i'm wrong)

I've tried a lot of sites such as ,Payeer,supervcc,wirex,unichange but none of them works :/
