Purpose is for people who try to sell something but can't give it. For example this one dude on here is trying to sell discount steam keys, he wanted to give me a vouch copy, been waiting over a week for him to deliver now.

honestly i like the idea, but you'd probably need another section similiar to "scam reports" to do this type of stuff

 

mods will have to review pm's as this can seriously hurt somebody trusted's rep. again i like the idea but i can think of alot of cons at the same time
