That's a good point. It does say in the DigitalOcean Legal Terms of Service (12.1) the following:
 

 
In my opinion, I do think "excessive" should be defined by DigitalOcean themselves, as if we rent space then we should be able to use up to 100% of the capacity allocated.
I've not had any inquiries about the Terms of Service being broken yet, but if I do receive something then I will add to this thread saying that it doesn't work and that it breaks their TOS. Until then, I'll keep this thread up.
 

Any update on this? Or are we just all gonna saturate it? Lol. I'm sure that'll MAKE Ocean revise their TOS.
