Ron asked me to have a quick talk with the support as he was super busy and told me what to say, in the end they asked for a Police Report so i thought I was fucked.

 

4 January

He takes care of it himself and I end up refunded 30 minutes after, for both packages! Awesome! 

 

 

Everything on a fresh account created 10 minutes before ordering!

Ron is a beast when it comes to refund and you'll see it directly! 100% easy refund 

 

 

 

Since I'm leaving an honnest review here are some points that you could improve:

• You seem very busy and it is often hard to talk to you
• For European people buying on Amazon.com you'll have a lot of import taxes and shipping and for the refund you'll also have to pay 25% of all that.
