Till he pays back and is allowed back in.
So first he exitscams, but than he'll be unbanned after he pays because he needs Nulled again to scam more?
Doesnt seem right in my eyes tho

If he cant refund now, he will be banned, and if he ever wants to come back he will have to refund user he scammed and then it will be considered just like any other report.
