Additional Information: I paid him first , then I asked if it was ship, he said yes and I said how long will it take , he said usually 2-3 days , then he asked me to buy another products from him ( he asked yesterday since I paid him $33 ) I refused and then he change his mind and said it will cost $12.5 more to ship to my location ( I gave him my address before , you can see on the first picture ) I felt like he is trying to scam me so I said I wouldnt go first , I will pay for the shipping If I received my products, he refused and told me to pay half of the shipping cost. I havent received my products yet but he always asking from more money from me, and now , he said if I dont pay for him , he will walk away ( Last Pics )

User opened a paypal dispute with me before any of this. The user purchased a se service and started dispute little over 24hrs latter.

The reason I opened dispute because he always try to get money from me, If you read the conversation between us , there is a line saying " Ok, then I have to open my scam report on Paypal and Here " (I started open this right after I said this ) BTW  You can not consider me as a scammer because I haven't received my products, So , as you can see , he just trying to scam me

You had already opened dispute prior to giving notice. So in reality you're trying to get me banned on Nulled, get your money back and keep the items from se that were sent to your address.

Im on my phone right now, but don't worry, I will proof to you right after I got home, BTW, how can be scammer when I havent received my products yet? And If I try to scam you, why would I open scam report on here? If I was a scammer , I will only open a scam report on Paypal
