If any staff member wants to use teamviewer to examine the Skype conversation and log into my amazon account, or directly log into my account without teamviewer ... please tell me. This afternoon I'll be at work and I do not have permission to use my phone

Before creating the post I knew I was not going to recover my $ 300 / btc.
After creating it I had some hope but it is clear that Billy will never do the refund.
Ban him? ... close this with my money lost? ...
I do not know how long it takes to make a decision like this, but at least I would like to know that someone is thinking about what to do.

It was not my mistake. You did your job wrong and I never had that balance.
But I see that this is useless.

How did i do my job wrong? I do my job perfectly (done 2 $750 transfers yesterday, + many other transfers to other), I gave you the balance, you confirmed it but you didn't spend it quick enough. Its a matter of seconds is all it takes before owner sees his email and regains that balance.
