Amount scammed: 300$ on BTC 
Additional Information: 

I know that Billy is not a scammer and I also know he is a respected member of this community.

But he failed to do his service, I never saw that balance in my account.

We are talking about $ 300, not a small amount. I had a hard time getting those BTCs. I have tried to fix this with the via Skype but it does not answer.

I'm new to the forum and I know that Billy is legit, but that does not mean he's not wrong.

I hope this report is useful. If Billy does not want to refund me, Maybe he can finish the service I paid. I settle for that.

i smell scammer on @Theonekaneda part. he must've thought that there is no way to proof that billy 100% did it without taking a video /etc. so he took advantage of the situation. there is only 1 way to find out if he's lying or not. and it is to check his account manually where he gives it to the staff and they log in and see for themselves. the gift card history cannot be edited thus he could screen share too
Edit ; he also did not include anything proving that he says the truth.

I can include more proofs of account, ORDERS history, gift cards history. No problem with that. I have not a vídeo with billy don't did it. But I also do not have a video with Billy doing it. Maybe that video will have it billy

You received balance (you even have said that in the chat that you received it), and then you message me like 2 hours later saying no balance .

You didn't spend quick enough,therefore owner recovered it; Not my problem (as stated in my thread).
