AFAIK Heisenberg isn't the owner of Liquidsky, he's just the community manager. This is an issue with Liquidsky, and your account's security. What does Heisenberg have to do with this?

Yes but this thread he made was to advertise a website, he constantly says he is not the owner, he is the community manager. I hope he resolves it and otherwise, as the service is not working properly, you should charge back from them with all the proof the service is not working as advertised. But again I dont think Heisenberg is to blame here since he is just a community manager and not the actual provider.

Did you send funds to Heinsenberg ? I don't think so right ? You bought a LiquidSky account from Liquidsky, If it's not working, just contact Liquidsky.
