Did he ever send you a link where you can enter your own info? (Adress, name, etc) or did he only ask for your info? That is already a big red marker since fitbit uses replacement forms (a URL where you enter your info, any good SE'er sends those to customers instead of asking for sensitive info)

Oh , i didn't know that. No , he asked me for info on skype and i wrote all down there , on skype. Thanks for info tho , i will know from now on :)

Also its not about money i spent , its about time i wasted , i could order from someone else.

Anyways i just don't want anyone else to buy from him since it will be waste of time and money. It just could be even better if he can be banned so other people wont get scammed :)

He used (probably) fitbit forms to get your replacement which is really risky (70% chance it failed) (I mean when everyone were using them. not actual replacement forms)

I filled 10 forms, not 1 worked.

 

Again, pm me so I can get your fitbit.

To add on, I also had the same issue, samurai refunded me after he was able to buy some BTC, took a bit off bugging and nagging. But, he eventually refunded me.

 

His btc wallet recently got hacked, so he is facing some trouble to recover the funds and issue a refund.
