How to setup a rat or a botnet.

First of all you need to understand how a botnet works.
 

A remote administration tool (RAT) is a piece of software that allows a remote "operator" to control a system as if they have physical access to that system. While desktop sharing and remote administration have many legal uses, "RAT" software is usually associated with criminal or malicious activity. Malicious RAT software is typically installed without the victim's knowledge, often as payload of a Trojan horse, and will try to hide its operation from the victim and from security software.

What a zombie is

 

In computer science, a zombie computer is a computer connected to the Internet that has been compromised by a hacker, computer virus or trojan horse and can be used to perform malicious tasks of one sort or another under remote direction. Botnets of zombie computers are often used to spread e-mail spam and launch denial-of-service attacks. Most owners of zombie computers are unaware that their system is being used in this way. Because the owner tends to be unaware, these computers are metaphorically compared to zombies. A coordinated DDoS attack by multiple botnet machines also resembles a zombie horde attack.

Q : Do I need to open ports for it to work properly?

 A :Yes, if you want to infect people outside your Internet connection.

Q : Do i need a DNS sever?

 A : Yes, and its free at: http://www.no-ip.org

Q : What if my ISP blocking the port i just forward ?
A : Be sure you are allowing the ports from firewall (read firewall setup).

Q : Can i open any port i like ?
A : Yes if it's supporting TCP Protocol.


Windows Firewall Setup

• Go to firewall and click advance settings

• Go at Inbound Rules and click at New Rule

• Check the Port option > TCP Specific local ports 1337 example and go to next.

• Allow that connection (Leave Domain,Private,Public checked)

•Type a name 1231231231 example and finish.

Now port 1337 (TCP) is allowed by firewall.
