Pokemon Go Gym help?

So I've been taking this gym on and off but normally I'm the only person of team instinct to take it. Meaning when 3 people of mystic or valour come round the corner, they can take it between them with no problem. I need help to level up and maintain this gym so it becomes difficult for people to take.

The co-ordinates are: 50.7132471,-3.5394949

If you help me take and maintain this gym, this means that this will be a permanently kept gym that rewards you with 10 golden coins everyday.
