I just have a few questions for the community
- Does Niantic give out permanent bans? I know they give softbans.
- Is it safe to run a bot 24/7?
- Are there any bots that will do gym battles for you?

Final question. Has anyone actually checked pokemon go tos and seen what's what?
heres what we know: They have been collecting phone data, aka they know whos a bot and who isn't, and they already have shown they detect spoofing.
Their last game had a VERY strict policy against spoofing/botting, and was known for banning many many people, so odds are the same is true here. Your best bet is making a new ptc acc and asking them if you will get banned w/ an early apology (I didn't know, friend made me, etc etc) and maybe you won't get banned.
