soo i wanted to change the region (in the client (where u can login) ) to eune (im euw) and now i cant press the play button or see the client.

1.) have you opened your LOLVIP.exe as admin?

2.) If nothing works, try do a clean install of cracked BoL.

3.) Script outdated.

4.) Download another script for the same champion.

5.) if it was a misc script, i think you have to wait.
