Additional Information: The seller told me that if I sold combos only number:pass from Germany, I told him from the first day that I only needed from Germany, I paid him $8 for 10k.

He sent me a combo that did not have a single German number, I specified the format of the number:pass that I needed, I gave him examples, and he sent me another combo, and none with German numbers.
The seller no longer responds to my messages, but he always promotes his combos on his channel. I don't want any more replacements, I want a refund.
I have tried to contact him but he does not answer me.
