Cant access the other paypal since the outlook is locked and cant do anything to recover it.

 

 

I used proxies for them and different proxy from each account. Just want refund not buying anything again from this shop..

- It's a simple issue that can be solved by clicking the revolutionary button called "Next" And putting any Phone number & Verifying it with OTP.

@goldengarbage contact him, send him your telegram on a PM so he can confirm he is talking to you, and he will solve your issue. And in the future, you should contact the seller when you have issues before opening a report. A report should be your last resort to solve something that cannot be solved by you alone, not the go-to solution to avoid communicating with the seller.
