I wish I didn’t have to go out of my way to make this post for $25 but unknownluna hasn’t responded to me and my return window is closing. This the worst first time experience I’ve ever had with a refunder. He requested me to manually ask for the label which is odd ,never had a refunder do that before they usually just take your account info and do it themselves. Then he requested an upfront payment of $25, which again, never had this asked by any other refunder before. Then he ghosts me. Hopefully this is just a bad time I’ve caught him in but nonetheless I’ve gone ahead and filled out a form with Macan in hopes of trying to salvage this refund.

Luna has resolved the issue, sent me back 25+15 for the trouble. Very nice guy all around. Will definitely be contacting him to do business in the future. Just caught him at a bad time.
