Additional Information: Wanted to buy italian docs pack from him as he was offering it for 55$. Asked me for payment and I went upfront, sent him 55$. Then he started making some excuses that litecoin value changed (like honestly are you retarded?) I sent  exactly 55$ as he asked then he said he only got 44$ somehow and asked to send more. I told him to fuck off.
