Stolen from a russian torrenting forum, hard to find this program so thought I would share with you guys.
There are more up to date versions of this program, but I have seen that this older version works much better.
This allows you to scrape users instagram accounts, and automatically download content as soon as it is uploaded. Scrapes everything including PFP, stories, posts etc.
Useful for OSINT
