Additional Information: I submitted an FTID on the 1st of Mar and it was not updated it so they redropped it after a week. Then the redrop got stuck again and I honestly think their service is just bad and it's gonna get stuck again because that happened to me before, they refunded on website balance but what would I do with it if all of their service is full of problems? I need a refund on my walelt

@KRRK if you are unable to provide the service he requested he should be refunded to his address so he can find somebody else, from the conversation with the support you are unable to complete the service for over 2 weeks now and that means he needs to be refunded.

If he had refused to receive coins with a lower transfer fee, you would be right in deducting the network fee from the payment.
