Additional Information: 

Purchased x1 Grammarly Upgrade on 02nd March' 24 and he is not completing the Delivery of the product until even after repeatedly asking him to complete.

He only told me that a new email would be required for the signup and upgrade, so I sent him. But later he tells he needs OTP from email to complete.

Initially, I was unable to send him the OTP, but I got the access to email on 08th March' 24 and have been pinging him regularly (atleast 2 times daily) and no reply from him.

If he can't complete the Order, he cant refund me the money I paid for. But has time to daily bump his Thread and do other things!
