I believe the difference is that when u "goon" u just stroke it for long long time, and when u "edge" u actually try to always get closer to finish but never doing it. Not sure tbh

But seriously, as far as I know, there isn't really a big difference between the two. Both of them are basically seeing how long you can jerk off without ejaculating.
