Basically what the title says. Looking for the fastest possible way to go down in weight even if it’s the most unhealthy and dangerous method. Thanks

I used to be 5'4 and 190 pounds. I am 145 and 5'9 now. I developed bulimia (throwing up anything u eat) and it helped me starve but I felt somewhat full at the same time. An easier way tho is just take any upper

For real though, besides those drugs, there is no shortcut to losing weight. Even if you go on some crazy diet, sooner or later you will relapse and gain all the weight back in a week. Losing weight for good is a marathon, not a sprint. The best way to lose weight is to burn more calories than you consume, simple as that. Eat 1200 calories a day, run and lift weights. In a month you will see results.

ngl the fastest way to lose weight is just to watch your caloric intake literally eating less it's not super healthy tho

Like stated above, just don't eat as much as you burn. That extra ketchup packet matters!

Drink alot of liquids (water, sparkling) to supplement for appetites or cravings. Dieting may seem expensive but it's cheap because all that money is going towards bottled water or tap water bills. Bulking is expensive anyway, I'm in the process of cutting myself since I've gained 10kg (like 20 lbs) or so of fat.
 

Anyway here's my main point:

  • 1. Eat less significantly - (Yes, I mean significantly!)
  • 2. Drink water to stay full - (Water weight is fine because toilet)
  • 3. Exercise or calculate an of how much you burn on a normal day of life - (Any fitness app tracker is useful for an estimate)
  • 4. Have Patience - (Just like bulking, cutting takes time too)
